Good insurers for vRS?

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Went with Tesco when I first got my vRS as I was already with them. They put my car down as a 1.8t elegence at first  so when it was changed over it added a an extra wod of cash to my policy!

Basically, what insurance companies are good for the vRS and modding? I'm thinking about a remap and some other bits and pieces, but i'd only get it done if the insurance hike isn't insane.

So, who are you with / how much (ages ncb) / mod friendly?

Thanks in advance!

i too wold be interested in this as im looking to get a vrs and would like to know some young friendly insurers that do a good deal

Quote from SwiftCover.com was cheapest for me -

I am with Tesco and cost me

Mine is due soon, had a good although quick (to be picked up again later) with Adrian Flux who were using equity red star with a good price with mods. Mate in the ins industry said he would run from Highway and wouldn't be too happy with some of the internet only ones. However listed ERS as one that he would pick, so may go there.
