Resolved

Well almost anyway, had the engine noise sorted and the boot struts replaced, the pedal vibe thing is 95% gone now and livable, still not sure if the struts were causing this to happen with a vibe transfer, mechanic also packed out the belly tray with some foam as he though it could be the reason also,anyway they've sorted it all for me now so here's to at least 2 yrs trouble free motoring hopefully.
