Hi there, recently bought a Fabia 1.4 8v (Y reg) and did 170 miles without any problems... until tonight. I was driving around the town, when both the engine oil pressure and the alternator warning lights suddenly came on. The engine didn't stop, but lost traction as though I was driving in neutral, so had to pull over and switch it off. Switched it on again, the warning lights disappeared, so thought it was a glitch. Seconds later, however, the EPC warning light came on, so had to pull over again. Started the engine, EPC didn’t come on, and managed to drive back home, although the car was juddering at times. Any advice on this would be hugely appreciated.
