I have come along to this forum for some advise on buying a Fabia VRS. I am looking at buying a 05/56 plate and was wondering what to look for if anything. I am looking to go for something with low milage so bodywork should be fine. Any advice would be greatly received.

Hi Mine is a 05 the things i would check is the CD player mine check cutting out on CD at high volume my break light warning light comes on the dash when i break not all the time only the odd time.

Thats the only issues with mine and its got 52000 miles on but still the best car i have owed always puts a BIG smile on my face:D when you floor and the look on other drives face's when you leave them standing.

Welcome, new to Skoda as well; I should have my first, a modded '04 vRS by this time tomorrow. What to look for? service history, service history, service history and receipts if buying used, preferably from a site member. There are at least 3 '07 vRS SE's looking for new homes in and around the site. If buying new, look for a nice colour, dealer discounts, extras and some indication that the dealership guys know their stuff. Looking at posts here, not all dealers seem equal in this respect.

My wife and I have an 05 plate Fabia vRs in Corrida Red, the car is standard, with the additions of rear parking sensors, Supaguard treatment- interior and exterior and Sony Bluetooth kit (these were installed by Skoda)

The car is in good condition and is taxed until Oct 2008. It has a Full Skoda Service History.

Skoda vRs mats + Skoda rubber mats as well now.

It is a standard car and averages 55mpg most days

Mileage is 12650.
