Hello..

I bought a used Superb som eweeks ago. Previous owner told me that the car had an alarm.

But i can't activate any alarm. Not even if I lock the door with remote, and open with the key.

I can't seem to find the diactivating button that is described in the car manual.

But when I use VAG-COM and option 46, and in adaption look for chanel 10, the alarm horn is on an it says REST-EUROPE.

I also turned the beep (unlock and lock) both on, but there is no sound from the alarmhorn. I was thinking, maybe there isn't any alarm. Is there a way to check if there is an alarm? Maybe a battery is dead?

Prefacelift or Facelift versions?

I don't know the difference, but mine is a 2004 Supers Elegance
