Cleaned the fabia, used new cam to take decent pics for once.

Decided to stop feeling sorry for myself today and go outside and wash the car.

The wheels which i thought were going to be a pain were really easy to clean.

Just sprayed them with saop then rinsed them clean :D Must have been the 3 layers of collinite i put on them.

Heres some pics :D

Looking good, though you forgot to hide your numberplate in one of your pics...

That looks very clean and tidy car, the only thing you missed is the exhaust pipe  But very nice indeed. Makes me want to go and clean mine now, while the sun is shining :)

ah bless look at the face of your gaurd dog!!!:)......bless the wee thing...it looks like mine when she's been the boldness!!:)

question about your splitter.....does the indentations on the splitter match with the indents on the bottom of the bumber?......if you can follow that?...bit long winded i know!!

hey kit,

They dont really line up as the gap on the sliptter is much bigger than the gap on the fabia.

But i recon mine is lined up pretty well, took the bumper off to fit it

have seen a few that seem to fit really well and some like mine that if you stand in front on the car and look down you can easily see where the gaps are in the fitting!!.....yours looks pretty good though:)......thought there might have been a new model one that fits better from a facelift model or something....

cheers

its all down to how much of a cut you make in the splitter before fitting

but even before the cut the bend in the splitter doesnt match! then when you cut it it makes it worse!.....took about an hour to get mine thge best i could......if you line up the splitter to the middle of the bumper lip then with mine you could see that no matter how much jiggery pokery you did it was never going to be flush!!

Doesn't matter how many angles you photograph those wheels from, they are pants.

Different,certainly,but pants nevertheless.

Not long, about an hour. Washed it with some zymol car wash..... love the smell of that :D. water is still beading from the coat of collinite about a month ago and about 7 washes

Wheels were a dodle, just sprayed them with snowfoam and then rinsed. The finish is really smooth on them so nothing sticks
