Catalytic Converter trouble

Featured Replies

Hi all

just took my car in to get an MOT done on it and it failed on emmissions  so took it over to my regular garage to get a second opinion and yep looks like i needed a new lambda sensor, bugger so 100 quid later i get one fitted and............ nope still no good and a reply of looks like your cats knackered:mad: so my query is what are my best options in getting another one ? either try and source another new one from somewhere (anyone know of one) apart from the obvious skoda dealer a bit to expensive for my pocket at the mo, or try a breakers and take a risk that its not at the end of its life too.

Any help people can give would be much appreciated.

Not sure on your location mate:confused: but i have a complete cat off a 03 plate VRS sat in my garage.....only done 16k before being replaced with a 100cel one

Give us a shout, open to offers on it

Phil
