MK2 VRS Steering Wheel picture require please

Featured Replies

As above.

In at work at the moment we have a MK5 Golf Gti for exhaust development work. While doing some test driving i have fallen in love with the steering wheel it has fitted (standard i think). I just wondered if it was the same as the Octy VRS one but with a VW badge in it.

Also, if they are the same, does onyone know if this could be fitted to a MK1 Octavia VRS.

Thanks in advance for all and any comments.

Kind Regards

Not the same iirc, in fact I found the wheel on my Mk2 vRS a it "big" but comfy, the Golf GTi has a flat bottomed wheel iirc again. the Octy vRS's is round, quite chunky (which I found great) a bit big circumference wise with an alloy vRS logo on the bottom spoke.

Thing is, the badges aren't swappable... and I'm not sure the airbags are the same shape

Buggar, their goes that plan then.

It was just so nice to drive with. Will have to have a look at the SEAT options and see if any of theirs are interchangable, lol.

Thanks for the quick reply :)
