Columbus Satnav Help!!!

Featured Replies

Hi Again, Splashed out when ordering L&K estate on the much acclaimed Columbus Satnav. Just got the car yesterday and have played around with it a bit and tried to read the manual. The questions I have who, (without a degree in computing) finds the loading of music on the hard drive straight forward? and in this day and age why does the unit not come up with the name of the album and track automatically?? Could my unit be faulty?? also it cannot pick up our local radio station on AM for some reason.. Please help ,, cause the dealer knows zilch!!

Hi, when you put the tracks on your memory card were the album details on there?i.e not just listed as track 1 etc.

I to had problems with AM radio, ive had to take it out of the car at the mo ready to fit into new car. Is your manual in english?

Hi,

Have not tried memory card yet.

When I put a cd into any other device it usually shows artist and track title. Manual is in English.

Had no probs with mine, i put all my music to the hard drive via the memory card. The cd's i tried did display artist info.

Thanks for that. I will try the memory card, and also try reading the book again!!,

Tried the navigation function today and that was good and straightforward at least!!
