Cassette issue

Hello guys,,,

we have here in egypt a skoda octavia Model 2006

and we have a problem with sounderis and recorder and our radio cassite

The cassite has been closed by the owner and we dont have any idea about how can we open it

so pls is any one can help me and give me some data to take it
