Mine squeaks when accelerating between 1,200rpm and 2,000rpm, How do I remove this from the headlining to put some bluetack or pad it with something to stop it from squeaking?

Just pull it from the point nearest the rear of the car.

There are two metal spring clips which will come out, and two plastic lips which hold the front of the panel into the light.
