Simple question:

What do I need to clear the airbag warning light on the dash?

I've got a bluetooth ELM327 OBD interface (yes, a cheap eBay one) but there are no faults on the ECU according to the Torque app. I'm guessing there must be some other interface which needs to be accessed using a more enhanced diagnostic tool with VCDS.

VCDS will clear it unless there is some underlying fault. Have a look in the list of VCDS owners below to see if there is anyone near you with it.

The reason the light is on is that I had to disconnect the passenger airbag lock to remove the glovebox in order to fit a new headunit. I have contacted someone local to me for help and we're hopefully going to have a go soon.
