The seat coverings in my furby are not great and was thinking of using this firm to supply a set of fitted seat covers, but anyone got experience of them? Website is Custom Car Seat Covers - CLN Automotive Ltd UK - Leading Specialists In Custom Car Seat Cover Design , the fabris swatches they sent seem nice and are padded on the reverse.

Are there any disabled/motability drivers on here?
andy ellis replied to Wheelchair's topic in Off Topic Chat
Morning all! I am a disability driving advisor/assessor, qualified driving instructor and husband of a full time wheelchair user. I have found dealers to be VERY different in their approach to disability and the motability scheme. Some enbrace it and I have run disability awareness courses and they do big buisness on the scheme. Others are less than helpful to say the least. At present my wife has a citroen c4 coupe 1.6hdi with the egs system, and adapted with techmobility handcontrols. The dealer was helpful but had little understanding of the adaptations and without my knowledge my wife would have had the wrong adaptations fitted. MS is a strange condition to advise on, as the rate of onset is so different from person to person. What I would advise though if you are seeing any changes in your lower limbs seek advice early. Too many people leave it till they are using a hand to assist the leg too move and find driving a real effort and it affects their confidence. Driving an auto (or semi-auto like the c4) with hand controls can be much less tiring and more enjoyable. If you want further advice I can be contacted via pm or 07 798 748 326 Regards Andy -

Laminated side windows- The proof
andy ellis replied to andy ellis's topic in General Automotive Chat
Yes as you can now see from the photo there are 4 strike marks, one very big one, and 3 smaller ones above it, the outer pane of glass as cracked and air has got into the laminated area, but the inner pane is intact. -

Jason, If you end up with some over let me know, would not mind doing the wife's C4coupe, but notice your notes about automatic wipers. So how many tubes to do all the glass ( especially the LARGE rear window as the wiper is s***) and whats it best to clean the glass wih first??? -
Laminated side windows- The proof

If it was a bad accident personally I would stay put and not risk further injuries. I have seen a few people who felt ok and extracted themselves, only to find they had done serious damage which was then made worse. Always stay put until you are checked. Also lets be honest there is a far higher chance of theft/vandalism than an accident, and on a modern car you should always be able to open the doors. But an intersting point..... -
Well had a nice holiday and came home to find that the wifes car (citroen c4 coupe) has had a side window attacked. Ours was not the only car done, but the only one to survive! There are 3 small strike marks and 1 big one where I guessed they got pi55ed of with it! These along wih the alarm was a

I dare say one of the other instructor will correct me if I'm wrong but you Dad MUST be in the front because he is legally in charge of the vehicle as he is the full license holder. Its is also his responsability to ensure overall safety and you comply with all aspects of the law. Hence get caught speeding you both get points! Hope you pass soon...

Micra too small for my ar5e! Again use one as an assessment car and the seats just dont support you, also I go camping and have the wheelchair, hence Im trying to have a large car that seems small....

The c4 at the moment has almost 3k off the list price plus more from the dealers its down to 14-16K fully loaded! Hence I dont mind the depreciation because I will not pay the full price.

Use the Punto as an assessment car in one of my many jobs. Gearbox awful and the seats are the worse I know. Otherwise a great car with great features.
