  1. Its 2016. I thought there might be a way to use the speed limit info from the gps rather than using the camera to detect them?
  2. I'm sure I've seen this asked before but can't find it now... My car doesn't have the lane assist camera, but is there a way to show the current speed limit from the GPS map on the multi-function display?
  3. Forgot to ask, am I right in thinking there's no need for any coding if I'm just swapping screens?
  4. Brilliant, thanks for clarifying. I'm not looking to change head unit so will stick with the Amundsen 👍
  5. Resurrecting an old topic, but... Can i retrofit a FL 9.2" screen (5E0919606D) in place of my pre-FL Amundson MIB2?
  6. Just to close this out, I've got the diesel undertray fitted in place of the short petrol type tray. £50 all in, and I'm much happier now the plastic sump and temp sensor is better protected. Cheers for the help.
  7. Perfect. Cheers for the help. Im guessing there are already tapped holes in the subframe ready to accept those 3 bolts? I dont fancy drilling it!
  8. I found this on eBay which seems to tie up with your thread on the golf forum https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F163416253375
  9. Cheers. I dont like it hanging down, seems like its asking for trouble. I'll try and hook it up somehow. So the diesel undertray is different to the tsi? I'll have a look for a part number unless you happen to have link?
  10. Looking at another forum there doesnt seem to be a cover under the EA888 engines? I'll jack the car up when I get time and have a closer look
  11. That makes sense thanks. It probably doesnt show very well in the photo but i was surprised how low it loops down close to the ground.
  12. I happened to look underneath my car today after its service and spotted a hose hanging down. It connects just behing the sump then goes back from there. It might be completely normal but I've never noticed it before. Can anyone confirm? Thanks
