Hi all. The panoramic sunroof on my Yeti has decided not to close fully. It closes to around 3/4, but if the knob is turned clockwise again, the roof retracts to around 3/4 of the fully open position. Having read in the manual that there is a way of closing by using an Allen key once the sunglasses case is removed, I tried this. Behind this, my car (2013) looks different to the picture in the manual - it has a black plastic cover. The Allen key will only turn around a quarter of a turn, and is very stiff. Therefore I was unable to use this method to close the roof. As the car sits outside. This is er, a rather concerning problem. All assistance much appreciated. Thank you. Help!🙈
