So the small pipe is the decat, my question is can I just bolt the piece of exhaust to my standard down pipe?

Hey guys I've not been on much with Xmas etc. But finally getting bits bought and sorted out. Which leads me to my next task, I've just bought a second hand magna flow ss exhaust. I've been told it's a 3" but not sure as the description was quite short. Does the down pipe look like a decat to you guys? Or Is it just a cat back set up with original down pipe and cat. I'm running stage one. I had a Toyosport decat fitted this but had to remove it as I couldn't get it through the mot. I've been told id need to fit a 200 cell cat. Can somebody help and shine a little on this for me. Thanks

Just to put your mind at rest, I'm a painter and decorator and I get all my gear in just fine, and ladders go on the roof rack!
