Although on a different engine my cambelt/water pump was changed recently. The garage  told me to run the engine up to temp and then allow to cool down , then top up with water as it would be needed. the garage had put sufficient antifreeze to allow for a small amount of dilution

Do not let Halfrauds  attempt to fit dashcam. Three days after fitting alarm went off at three in the morning, battery was so discharged could not even lock the doors. Next morning put on charger for a few hours and it started. Took into another branch ,they discovered that it had been wired to a permanent live Car had less than 300 miles on the clock and my wife would not let me touch the wiring. I had fitted dashcams to my Yeti and Campervan previously

I think ( might be totally wrong) if you remove the battery a loom of wires go through the bulkhead in a plastic elbow this would come into the cabin by the fuse box that is behind the glove box. That is how I got a feed through in my old Yeti .

Price for changing the concentric slave cylinder was about £300 . This was just labor the cylinder was supplied FOC This was a few years ago and I cant find the old invoce

I had this problem. Took to the dealer who  diagnosed old  fluid, this was changed. It did not make any difference.  Second attempt slave cylinder was changed .This fixed it

My Yaesu sits on the floor in the passenger well. It is possible to thread a 6mm cable through the bulkhead if you remove the glove-box,I pulled the cable through and the fitted a plug so that I could remove the transceiver to fit in my camper van The  twig goes out through the rear passenger door to a mag mount on the roof

I had a reader/transmitter left in the OBD port when I took my Yeti in for MOT. The owner of the MOT station was very grateful when I returned his Snap- On piece of kit a few days after the MOT.

Any fridge on a leisure battery will not last very long. Better to have one that will work 3 way mains / battery / gas

My Yeti was tested a few weeks ago the examiner did not remove the bumper cover for the towbar so did not test the 13 pin plug.  I was stood at the back of the car so I could see what was going on. The car passed .

Clutch slave cylinder.Mine gave up, difficult to change gear but would work if I pulled up the clutch pedal. Gearbox out to change it.

I had this problem. The dealer said change the fluid (no difference) then had to take the clutch out and change the centrifugal cylinder this used to be called the slave cylinder .This cured the problem . I was only charged for labour. This was about 2 years ago.

My  L & K  towed my Fairway 584 with no problem at all. Have now sold the van and bought a campervan. ( still got the Yeti)

I have the std flaps fitted front and rear. Very easy to fit .No chips on van mud does splash up The back window of the car is a magnet for spray.
