  1. I have no idea sorry my listing has nothing to do with Bluetooth. My advise would be speak to Skoda or make a post on here in the correct forum.
  2. Yes thanks but pretty set on the Rapid just trying to find one they are like hens teeth.

  4. Its a long shot but trying to locate a Rapid sport or Black edition for SALE for my son who has his heart set on one. In order of colour preference Black, red or Blue. Black being his first choice. If this post belongs elsewhere please relocate it admins.
  5. Sorted it used Fuse 18 which i think is for the reverse light switch. Works fine now.
  6. I'm helping my son out who's got a 2013 Citigo Sport. We have removed the OEM stereo fitted an aftermarket facia and a Sony Head unit. We have connected the permanent Live (Yellow Wire) and ground (black wire) using a harness adapter kit to the original connector to save splicing cables. The switched 12V wire (red) we have routed to the fuse box under the steering wheel and used a crimp on Piggy back fuse holder to connect to Fuse 31. This was a Red 10amp fuse and according to a youtube video a switched 12v supply. However when we put both 10amp fuses in the piggy back holder and connected it to the socket the radio powered on even though the ignition wasn't turned. It doesn't turn on and off with the ignition so assume 31 is a permanent 12v supply. We don't have a multimeter to check which are switched with the ignition and only have the piggyback for the micro blade fuses not the larger ones. Could someone point us in the right direction of the switched 12v supply preferably 10amp. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHgPWzki6Bw&t=661s (Video we used which shows piggy back fitted to 4th fuse along from right middle row ( which according to diagram is 31) This on ours isn't switched live but constantly powering the stereo. Cheers!!!
  7. Just trying to gauge what peoples experiences are with their Kodiaq's. So for a bit of Context I have had loads of cars at least 7 Skoda's and had some that never use any oil from one service to the next, Some that use about a litre every 5k but our new Kodiaq 150 4x4 DSG 5seat seams very thirsty on both oil and fuel. Its 5months old and has only done 3700miles and the oil light has just come on. After checking the dip stick there was nothing in it and had to put about 1.5litre in it to get it to max level. The fuel economy is about 36mpg on average doing mixture of 8 -10 mile journeys about 70% of the time and then longer runs of about 50miles less frequently. Lastly does anyone have any opinions on where to get the engine remapped. I have had engines remapped previously by Shark Performance on my VRS etc but they have closed down so who are the best these days?
  8. I can’t believe I’m the only one who thinks this is Lunacy 😂. Im not against the concept of grouping options I just can’t fathom why gear selection paddles are winter related. also no one has definitively confirmed that the paddles are omitted when the winter pack is specced on a vehicle with a manual box. It’s conjecture as far as I can tell. The dealers aren't even sure when I asked them. another example of this weird grouping craziness is that you can spec roller blinds or get the whole family pack which includes them for cheaper!
  9. so by your logic Škoda must have 3 steering wheels for the rare even someone would spec the winter pack and have a manual box? When they could have had two models and worded it differently? 🤔
  10. Well that’s academic then, my point is you can buy an SE 150 manual and buy the winter pack. The winter pack small print states that it comes with heated steering with paddles. Unless someone knows different? Just trying to clear up the ambiguity. To clarify I want the dsg with the paddle shift but don’t want the winter pack. It seams insane to me that the paddles are anything remotely to do with winter and therefore can’t comprehend why they would be bundled with this options pack.
  11. so to clarify you have a manual gear box but because you specified the winter pack you have flappy paddles which are redundant?
  12. why of course? I would imagine the heated steering wheel comes with the paddles. It’s says so in the pack contents
  13. What happens if you have a manual but spec the winter pack do they omit the paddles
  14. Thats mad but thanks for the confirmation. I wonder what happens if you spec the winter pack and don't have the DSG box do you have paddles that are ineffective?
  15. Going through specification of the new Facelift Kodiaq with the dealer and it appears from the information available that if you want Flappy Paddles for the DSG then you need to get the Winter Pack? Although i would have thought if you opt for the DSG Model you will get them automatically. I'm looking at SE 2.0tdi 150 4X4 DSG. Standard trim it says it gets the two spoke MF steering but doesn't mention the Paddle shifters. If you look at the winter pack option it says heated MF steering and exclusively mentions the paddles. Can anyone clear this up. Regards Mark
  16. For sale my much loved Octavia VRS. Good Points: Shark Stage 1 Remap 258bhp New Removable Towbar Long MOT New Bilstein B12 Coilover Suspension all round New EBC grooved performance Discs and EBC greenstuff pads all round Full Skoda Service History (Loads of History receipts for everything) Low Millage 105K High spec of factory fitted extras cruise control etc. Bad Points (Being brutally honest) EML Light on. Some sort of vacum leak either split hose sensor etc. (actual fault diagnosis is Running Lean on Bank 3) Changed PCV Valve didn't cure. Doesn't affect how car runs it runs perfectly pulls like a train. Since the Towbar was fitted their has been water leaking into spare wheel well. Stone chips paint blebs and minor rust spots associated with age of vehicle but generally in good nick see photos. I have just bought a new car so this is now redundant, priced to sell £2k so grab a bargain which with a bit of minor tinkering will make this car back to its former glory.
  17. Thanks again Wino sounds like what i have. Do you by any chance have a diagram or photo of the part. I could potentially get the wrong part just googling and you seam to know your stuff.
  18. Thanks Wino. This was my next thing to check i had read elsewhere that this could cause these error codes. Something to do with Brake Booster vacuum pump / hose. My brake pedal feel has gone a little weird lately. I have brand new EBC grooved discs and ebc Pads so the stopping power should be better but its got worse and the brake pedal feels firm to press. The system was bled so this kind of makes sense. Also The revs are not hunting but sometimes i back of the throttle and the revs stay around 2.5k even though im stationary and in neutral. Only for a few seconds and then return to about 750revs. This sound familiar?
  19. Have i posted this in the wrong section? I would have thought some clever boffin would have posted a solution by now!!!
  20. So PCV valve and new gasket arrived and i fitted this afternoon. The two breather pipes were in good condition no signs of leaks or wear etc so i have reused them. Put everything back together cleared the DTC's with VCDS did a rescan and exactly the same errors. Help please!!! what other things could it be? whats the next most likely culprit?
  21. Been doing a bit more digging and it seams like the PCV Valve and breather pipes are the main culprit so i have just ordered new genuine VAG replacements and will give it a go.
  22. Also i have acquired quite a few faults in the scan so i would like to get them fixed anyway.
