That's not what I want to hear! 😞 With the fan out, and a bit more time, it won't run in the correct orientation (as fitted), but runs happily at 90° or inverted. Strange behaviour!

I have a 2015 Octavia vRS which has stopped blowing air at any setting. I've just removed the fan and tested it while out of the mount. It ran ok and then stopped. I picked it up and it ran again. At lower settings, it seemed to be stuttering rather than spinning smoothly. I'm assuming that the motor is probably on its way out, rather than this being a resistor issue? Do I replace both?
