  1. There's a long thread on the forum about this already. http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/372056-vw-usa-recall-ref-emissions-main-thread/page-42#entry4396274 Someone found this. Type in your VIN to find out. http://master.skoda-auto.com/mini-apps/recall-actions
  2. And Chris Pratt even had a six pack.
  3. I'm giving my local Skoda dealer, Willis Motor Company in Ruislip, for fixing my sensor under warranty. And providing me with excellent service.
  4. The HMRC site has some info: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/factsheets/expenses-allowances.pdf https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/323586/hs222.pdf#page=3 http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/incometax/relief-self-emp.htm https://www.gov.uk/self-employed-records My accountant checks my bookkeeping spreadsheet and confirms what can or can't be included. I log my business related travel costs (mileage, travel card and parking fees) on a spreadsheet too. All can be claimed back. For car journeys is 45p per mile I believe.
  5. I'm in Pinner. White Yeti, I named, Zebedee.
  6. It rolled off my tongue at the time when I signed up.
  7. Thanks for that. I'll see what the dealer says when they check it out then. The person I spoke to did mention it was meant to be 'glued' in place...
  8. Hi... Has anyone had a problem with their rear sensor? One of mine has been knocked in... but my local dealer says they have to investigate the problem before confirming if it can be fixed under warranty or not. Is it a simple problem to fix or does the bumper has to be taken off to do so? Just wonder how much, if I am to pay, it might cost me... :(
  9. I'm disappointed... It seems to have some cutting edge designs in the styling in line with the Octavia (which I like). But overall, it still looks bland and conservative... I guess that is the Skoda brand image.
  10. I actually like it... except for the seats. I'm also too old for the funky yellow!
  11. I saw it, I drove it, I bought it... After 12 years with my trusty old friend, Fabia, I will be picking up my Yeti on Thursday. The car I've wanted since seeing the concept!! Member: Novaskoda Engine: 2.0 TDI 110bhp Model: Elegance Colour: White Location: London
  12. Hi, came across this site whilst googling my next Skoda! Just curious, are there females on this forum?
