  1. Hi Monte I realise this is an old post, but did you ever get this sorted? Speedo needle one is out, and looking for somewhere to replace it, unless its simple enough to do myself. Cheers Jass
  2. None of my elegances have electric rear windows, my Mk1 doesn't, and neither of my Mk2's have either.
  3. TBH I have no idea what I have. I am one of those weirdos that every time I see something that fits my vehicle up for sale, I buy it, so end up with a load of spares of things that are useful/useless, easily broken, etc. I have installed the cupholder to replace the ashtray, and another box of stuff I bought had the ashtray fitting in it, so I have ended up with two of those, a couple of air boxes, etc. There are LED surround headlights there to go with it that had the tabs broken, and I am halfway through fixing. They are at the point where they can be fitted but would need some fettling to to get them right. The GT Bumper bottom, believe it or not I was waiting on someone clipping the existing one at some point before I fitted it, Lucky White Heather.
  4. Make & Model: Mk1 Fabia Elegance Colour: Wine Mileage: 147200 Price: £250 Description: Insurance company wrote it off after someone drove into the front of it, and I am moving away so have no reason to fix it other than I love it. Have held onto to it for months swithering but it is just going to rot away if it doesn't shift. It has been modified slightly but nothing outrageous, and it could definitely be fixed, or at the very least the parts including those that come with it could be used to upgrade your own. It was our spare car, so was rarely used. Other than the accident damage, it needs the rear door carriers sealed again, and the diff was starting to whine, which suited me as I was going to put a Quaife one in, and it needs a battery. Condition: Spares/Repairs Service History/Receipts/Recent Service work: Been serviced at MOT time every year and oil changes in between as long as I have had but I have no idea what actual service records are there. Extras: Mods: Mapped by Ben at Shark a few years ago, has a PD160 air intake, and a VRS exhaust from the turbo back, and VRS Back Bumper. Has Golf Alloys(I think), with a spare set, an Audi A1 interior with lapbelt installed, just needs the upholstery tidied, and if you want the heated seat working, the wiring sorted. Also comes with a Sony head unit, which needs tidied behind it(possible bracket removed to push the thing back), its one of those ones with the tom tom built in and the tom tom bit is in the gloves box and all works. Come with a whole host of spares, including a GT Front Bumper, spare vents, brand new door seal, original interior, etc., etc., and a 7 inch version of the head unit, which needs a screen, about £75 the last I looked. Shipping: £## - Optional Collection: Collection Only as I have VOR'd it. It will drive with a jump, but Pictures:
  5. I am thinking on what to do next to the Elemontevrs power wise, as the power delivery has never suited my relaxed driving style, so I was looking at ways of moving the torque and/or boost further down the rev range, such as fitting a hybrid cr140 turbo, instead of the cr177 one it has at present. Then I noticed the Mini Cooper SD I passed this afternoon and it has given me a notion for retrofitting a supercharger kit to the car, and have it operate A La the vRS, although for a much shorter rev range. Anyone done it is what I am trying to find out basically? Cheers
