  1. Hi' all,... Our 2009 SKODA Superb TSI has just thrown up the same EPC Light error... It's never previously been a problem,.. (although over-heating has 😞 )... In this thread, the original user identified his EPC event as occurring when he "took an uphill corner at normal speed and the EPC light came on the dashboard"... Following the thread, everyone has chipped in some great suggestions on how the original commentor can chase the problem down the chain. I had a similar issue with a Renault,... ultimately, the problem was found to be wires which were lying across a bulkhead ridge... Over time, the continuous rubbing had exposed some wires to bare metal, causing an intermittent short. Just a thought.
  2. Am I being a buzzkill if I suggest that road bumps and "sleeping policemen" have been installed for a reason.... i.e. - Stopping the lead footed from using housing estates as racetracks. Just sayin'...
