  1. That’s exactly what is going on, more profit in orders placed later after ours. They will never admit it but it is the only possible explanation. They want us to cancel, as the cars are now loss makers!
  2. That’s is exactly what’s happening. My car is build week 15 and if a buyer comes along paying top dollar it will go to that person and I get the next available slot. It’s hard on us and unethical, but simple cost recovery to them. Simply Clever eh?
  3. Nothing new. Ask Skoda. They will tell you. Are manufacturers apply discounts for promotions. Then dealers tweek their smaller margins.
  4. The bulk of discount, certainly on the car I ordered, is from Skoda and not the dealer
  5. Skoda are doing everything within their powers to get us to cancel by delaying orders and selling later orders with bigger profit margins.
  6. Kodiaq Sportline TDI 4X4. 36 MONTH PERSONAL LEASE. £1700 DEPOSIT. £360 a month. Its a great deal but have no profit margin at all. Thats why i think its last in line. Ordered from a Skoda dealer in July and now build week 15. SKODA are budget/value cars and corners are cut, if anyone thinks different you have a huge unconscious bias.
  7. I have figured it out. Took me some time but The cars with bigger discounts and less profit have been put to the back of the queue. Enough data there now to show this
  8. I check factory build dates every week and every week it goes back a week. So at the current rate of movement the car will never come. 👏👏👏. F’ing good work Skoda
  9. I hate Skoda. Their communication with customers is appalling. I deeply regret purchasing a Kodiaq, I was spoilt for choice last July and now they leave me with no choice but to wait. I will never buy another
  10. Checking delivery every week and every week for the last 4 weeks it has gone back 1 more week! Now BW14. WTF Skoda you absolute !@&x!^*#@‘s
  11. Do I need to place an order now for my next new car before my new car comes???????
  12. I would like to say yes but unfortunately it’s a huge no. Like all other Skoda’s it is neither good or bad. The Range is poor and electric cars need at least another 3 years for development and the charging infrastructure.
  13. Will Skoda change their strap line from Simply Clever to Deliver Never?
  14. Will Skoda change their strap line from Simply Clever to Deliver Never? Will Skoda change their strap line from Simply Clever to Deliver Never? Any better ideas?
  15. Agreed the VRS Kodiaq is pointless
  16. Doesn’t look like the cars will come before WW3 kicks off?
  17. Skoda provide customers with feedback today
  18. Build week Gone back again!! November to - wk 2 - wk4 - wk8 - wk 9 - wk12 - wk13
  19. Even the VRS is uncompetitive for what should be a performance car. 245 ps for a big lump falls short for me
  20. (Without bias because I am buying one) The interiors are among the most bland in the industry and they are same to drive. They are scoring lower than a lot of rivals in most reviews. They are still a good car but I would never relate Skoda with a Premium label. I got my Sport line 4x4 cheap on a PCH deal. If I had more to spend I would have an Audi or BMW first any day.
  21. Never thought I would find myself waiting for a Skoda for 10 months. Not exactly a premium car 🤣
  22. I Can’t believe I have waited 9 months for a bang average car when there was so many others to choose from at the time 😢
  23. When does a new model not be a new model anymore?Probably by the time Skoda build it 🤣
  24. Wow, Skoda are fantastic now🤪
