Speak to Stan @ ecotune for some advice!

so do you think the engine can't take much more boost than it already has ?
It wasn't a gamble I was willing to take. Yes I think it can take it, but for how long iam not so sure.

Ecotune is the only company I would take it to, my ECU was updated to a cthe and it took them 3weeks to break the encryption. Speak to Stan at Ecotune, he said he would do a stage 3 tune for me. But with stage 2 traction was a problem and I wasnt convinced the engine could take more boost and be reliable as it was my daily driver, that's why I got rid. Spent my money on a car that was fast out the box and make faster when the time suits

Does the ITG induction kit require smaller battery ? Sure i read this
somewhere. Think will leave the air filter type stuff till next service
So for the GFB dv+ will these be OK below? not sure why 2 links but they look the same?
thanks
U could relocate the battery to the boot but I would just put he induduction hose down the side of the battery!

Yep ur right on the money George, if mapped GFB dv+ is a must mines has long been sold I could have sold it 10 times over. It takes 15mins to fit as I have big fingers in a tight space! Forge bov is a no no as it can leak boost. If u want noise get the ITG induction kit as the k&n doesn't give any gains over the paper filter

Apologies for my dumb-ness but what benefits does the GFB DV+ have for my Twincharger? Aside from the obvious *PSHH* :p
With these dv+ there is no *PSHH*. These r for getting on boost quicker(stronger spring) and being more reliable as the valve is metal not oem plastic.

Yep u r 100% correct George

I done mostly short journeys and some long on my first engine and it used 500ml of oil every 600 miles. Same journeys on new engine uses no oil!

Cheers fella I've also done all the brakes now after having the 312s on the front and did the one 256 on the rear because I ran out of time and finished the other side lastnight. I need to take a picture of the rears now, they look loads better but the caliper is about 3mm away from the wheel/spoke
Ur brakes will b fine as long as u can get a fag paper between the caliper and the alloy Ull b gd. Do u notice any difference between the brakes?

The wheels r looking gd Ant!
