I'm in the same boat as you. The law is on our side particularly with block exemption regulation and consumer rights but getting anyone at Skoda to understand or care about this was a fruitless task for me. The Motor Ombudsman is next for me however they have a terrible reputation.

Tell me about it! What is the reason given for rejecting your claim?

I feel your pain. My recent experience of finding rust on my wheel arch was 2 months of back and forth between dealer and customer service both blame each other, totally ignore their own warranty T's and C's and block exemption regulation. Does your car have full dealer service history or has it been to an independent at any point?
-
Don't know of any video however have a good read of this thread

There are two on each side of the car, look underneath near the jacking point indicator. Photos in link. https://www.upownersclub.co.uk/forum/18-general-technical/6603-petrol-swooshing-noise-sound-fixed.html

The advert is full of inaccuracies. Reg check shows real details https://totalcarcheck.co.uk/FreeCheck?regno=yl15zgv

It has been done but most people, including myself, have gone for the Fabia upgrade. Thread below has info on both upgrades.

Thanks, yes I did.

Thanks for updating us Jonny. I ordered an OBDeleven yesterday and downloaded the app for free credits, looking forward to having a play with it.

Fitting Front and Rear Mudflaps to your Citigo.
CTGO replied to MickA's topic in Skoda Citigo Guides
No mod necessary unless your Citigo has side skirts in which case they won't fit, otherwise it's a very simple job. -
Could be water in the sill, have a look at the link for where to check. http://www.upownersclub.co.uk/forum/petrol-swooshing-noise-sound-fixed_topic6815.html

Mine made the same sound, it was water in the sill. Thread below should help you locate the plastic plug near each jacking point. http://www.upownersclub.co.uk/forum/petrol-swooshing-noise-sound-fixed_topic6815.html

Trying my third DRL bulbs now with Twenty20 Cree LED which are very bright although expensive. Mtec had a nice bright light but poor longevity. Osram not bright enough for a sunny day, I think part of the problem is the light isn't projected back into the reflector to spread the light.

I think you have purchased 7715CW-02B instead of 7915CW-02B. I bought the latter and don't find them very bright, trying Twenty20 Cree LED now which look better.

It is easier to change everything, dealer can supply both parts. Relatively easy to change, the awkward part is cutting two clips which are near the headlights. Have a read of this thread
