The Grey interior was a factory option you could pick, and not many people thought it could be optioned. i changed it when i got my 20 plate MC and i think it looks a lot better than the red standard interior. i beleive the red interior is the only option for it now. good look finding one with it. here is the interior mine has https://www.skoda-storyboard.com/en/fabia_combi_30/ https://www.skoda-storyboard.com/en/images/?filter[model][]=fabia

My 20 plate is the same colour as the exterior, and I have added the now deleted under bonnet sound deadening cover.
