Hi - just completing my first week as a skoda owner / driver. Really pleased so far. I have an 11 plate Superb Combi elegance 170 DSG. Really enjoy the driving experience and comfort the car provides.
One question relates to the rear seat warmers, they seem to work slightly intermittently, not really investigated yet but just wondered if anyone had any experience of them? I was showing off the car to some colleagues and depressed the rear seat warmer button, the lights came on and then I turned them off again. No-one was sat in the seat. My son then tried to turn them on later that evening and they would not turn on. The following morning I checked and they appeared to turn on, though again no-one was sat in the seats to test them. They did previously work when turned on and someone sat in the seats.
Thanks.

Hi All
Waiting to pick up my Superb Elegance 170 DSG on Friday and I am quite excited so having a good look around the internet in the mean time. No doubt will be back with questions on Friday.
Thanks all.

When I read this last night I thought mine had been working absolutely fine, then this morning something very similar happened and the boot merely unlocked and didn't open. When I pressed the button again, and held it, it all opened correctly. I wondered if there was an unlock feature on the fob if the boot button is quickly depressed rather than held down? Will monitor this over the next few days.
And having dropped my son off at swimming twice now where he has taken kit out of the boot and then walked off leaving me to have to get out of the car to press the button to close it I think I need to find someone in the West Mids to make the change to allow the boot to be closed from inside the car and by pressing the fob button.
