which thule box did you go with?

I agree with the red lettering, so i think I've narrowed down to just the Thules. I am going to try out the 2 on the car tomorrow to see how it looks

Hi guys, Does anyone here have a roof box on their combi, if so which one did you go for and opinion. I am currently looking at either the Thule motion XL800, Dynamic M 800 or the Yakima Skybox 16 Carbonite. or any other suggestions. all three have enough room, but would liek to know what it looks like too. So if you have a photo that would be appreciated! thanks

Thanks buddy, I think I know the owner there so will make sure he doesnt do a butch job, I have a catback xforce coming so be keen to find someone a fellow VRS driver recommends.

Where did you get it done?

I had a bit of a chat with Gabriel from Unitronic (Cleveland) regarding a stage 1+ which is pretty good and he said he can return to factory whenever it needs to go back for service free of charge, its got a slightly lower torque and horse power gain which i thought might be better for the factory clutch. its a bit more than the piggyback you are looking at but it's a lot cheaper than APR or oem+.

Mines a white manual wagon over by the south side with black roof rack, Reason why i am asking about the suspension, if it's just the spring replacement doesn't it just make the ride even harder, I think the damping of vrs isn't as good compare to a lot of european cars (comparing to vw, audi, bmw.) By the way have you had a chance to look into ecu tuning? I will be keeping an eye out for yours! if you see someone flashing its not wanting a race.

But is the spring rating good enough for the heavier back end?

Hi everyone Does anyone have any recommendation for suspension upgrade for the vrs combi, I've had mine just over 12 month and have found the rear suspension ride is pretty harsh it's more hard than firm, and when going over speed humps it feels like it is nearly bottoming out. any suggestion would be much appreciated. unfortunately we are pretty limited with these resources down under (Australia) as Skoda is a fairly young brand here.
