I have a Octavia 2017, beautiful car. I am struggling to get my new phone to connect to Android Auto. I have just bought a Samsung A71 and the phone connection is not compatible with the USB connection. I have bought a cable that fits my phone and my USB in the car, but it still wont connect with the Android Auto system. Can anybody help me? Thank you.

Yes it is doing that. The thing is lately it has been struggling to start after say 20seconds. Then today it struggled again to start and cut out twice. I got home and cleaned of a load of gunk of the connectors and touch wood it seems to have stopped.
