Does the Audi throttle mod work for 2014 VRS diesel?

If so, how do you do it via VCDS? 

Bought my 2014 VRS last Friday - the car is coughing twice on 40 mile trip.

Did a scan & the attached came up. Does anyone know what it means?

Anyone have diagram of front/rear lower suspension on mk1 Octavia? Or list all components I need to buy?

Want to replace all bushes/wishbones/drop links/track/tie rods/anti-roll bar bushes etc

So far I have wishbones & drop links.
