  1. Unfortunately not, the part I need is included in part 6 from this diagram. It is the vertical strip of rubber. I hope I managed to explain.
  2. Dear all, I noticed that my 2010 Yeti has streaks of water stains on the black plastic trim beneath the doors and after examining the rubber seal which runs between front and rear door (mounted on the rear door edge) I saw that the bottom part was dried up and broken (probably due to water residue deposits). After contacting my dealer it appears this is a part of the back door window guide and the part costs cca 80 EUR per side! (part no. 5LO 839 432 C) Did anyone have the same problem and if so, did You manage to source just the rubber seal because it really seems like overkill to spend 160 EUR for two rubber seals? Thanks!
  3. Thanks for the quick update. So if it is to judge by the new user manual there is no need for W speed index even in the 170 version with 16" wheels!
  4. Hi, I read in the Plumbers guide a note on the 16 inch wheel tyres speed index: Note for European owners with the 125kW CFJA engine (from WK22/10); 16" rim's fitted with 215/60 summer tyres now require a speed rating and load index of 95W according to the Skoda Germany tyre guide. I have a 2009 4x4 170 model, about to buy the 16 inch alloys, and I am wondering if it is required for me to have W speed index when I buy the 215/60/16 tyres? Thanks in advance!
  5. I might give that a go, try and trade in my 17" Dolomites. Anyway, thanks for the input guys...fingers crossed!
  6. Because I have a limited choice of used wheels where I live, and buying them new from Skoda is ridiculously expensive. This is one is in a "like new" condition but has this ET difference. Im just wondering if it is better to jump the gun or wait for something better.
  7. Thank You, I have checked the dimensions here and with the new sized tyre (215/60/16) the difference would be another 12mm to the outside, my only concern is if this difference would mean any strain on the suspension/bearing etc?
  8. Dear all, I am wondering if fitting Volkswagen 16 inch 6.5J wheels with ET33 on my Yeti TDI 4x4 can or would cause any problems due to the wheels being pushed out more? Thanks in advance!
