    Hi Brian,
    Very unfortunate that, that has happened.
    I'd try something less chemically as a first.. personally I'd try either..
    A pencil rubber - gets polish of exterior trim, could possibly work.
    1:1 dilution of IPA - Neat if that doesn't work.
    If push comes to shove I'd try white spirit/paint thinners. I'd advise washing thoroughly after doing this and adding some trim protection like Krystal Kleen Details Trim-X / 303 protectant.
