Handy for me as the local city (Chichester) has a set of train gates at several key roads and so I can spend anything up to 12 minutes stationery - but you never know how long the wait is going to be so the start/stop is really helpful here - I once worked out over seven days that I had the 'stop' engaged for a total of 90 minutes! So over a year, it's a lot of fuel.

I think I'd be more worried about the tyres and brake discs

Yep, fully confident with my brakes and it's only 5 weeks old too...like you say, change the dealer...

Lots of Ford, but this time around I was determined to get away from the Ford Family trucksters... and I'm very glad I did!

Mornin' All,
Just joining and saying hi - my new Superb arrived yesterday brand spanking new, 6 miles on the clock! Have been loyal to Ford for the last 12 years, S-Maxes and Galaxies, fancied something quite different this time around. Very pleased so far, incredibly flexible engine (the diesel 170) even when this new.
Been browsing this forum for a while and now joined properly,
Hope to be a regular. Best wishes to you all.
Jon.

If it had rained, would the windows not have closed themselves anyway - I believe that is a feature of the rain sensor...
