  1. I’ve just taken delivery of a 2021 L&K and it has wireless charging just that neither of my phones support it 😩
  2. I can see one umbrella missing when it goes back - I'll deny all knowledge. The door protectors are now not available even as part of the "Family Pack" - I have 5 children and have never had an issue with them...
  3. Is it considered good form to nick what's missing from your old car when p/exing? What else is no longer there that would have come with my 68 plate Edition?
  4. Has anyone with a set of running boards fitted taken them off and moved them to another Kodiaq when trading in? I am just speccing up a new model and don’t really want to pay for another new set. I have 5 children so they are handy to help them climb in and out.
  5. Amazon is a lot cheaper is you don't 'need' Skoda ones... https://www.amazon.co.uk/Car-Seat-Protectors-Baby/b?ie=UTF8&node=1895798031 I am using these as well...https://www.amazon.co.uk/Diono-Stuff-Scuff-Protector-Black/dp/B005PK1E32 to protect the seat backs
  6. Still got these items cluttering up the garage! Also have rediscovered a genuine Ford dog guard from a Focus Estate (2012) make me an offer if you are interested. Many thanks Nigel
  7. I picked up my MY19 on the 30th September 2.0TDI 150 Manual 4X4 Edition
  8. Hi, I have the Skoda coffee mug for the car (both the black and white ones) but to try and cut down on my plastic usage I am after a reusable water bottle that will also fit in the cup holders. Can anyone recommend one that fits? Thanks Nigel
  9. Hi, We installed a similar system from Drayton last year called the Wiser which we are using in a similar way. The three heated towel rails (bathroom, ensuite, downstairs shower room) are on whenever the system calls for heat but all of the other main rooms have a TRV which has its own programmed schedule for both temperature and time of day, For example the ones in the children's bedrooms have the heat on earlier in the evening than the Master Bedroom so they are warm when they go to bed. Last winter the downstairs back room was kept unheated but I have adjusted the schedule for that room as we now have an au pair! It is also using IFTTT so that when both the wife and I are out of the house the heating is put to Away Mode with a minimal set-point to keep the house ticking over. Nigel
  10. OK Price Reduction Dog Guard £50 Full Set of Front and Rear Rubber Mats - including transmission tunnel cover £25 Can try and arrange postage if need be but would prefer collection! I live in Surrey but cover most of the South of the country for work and have offices in Kenilworth, Chesterfield and Bristol as well.
  11. I am not sure why there would need to be a different model for a panoramic roof as the dog guar sits and the rear trim and is fixed to the rear seat release mountings... Also I have one for sale...
  12. What model gets the twin USB? My Edition, picked up yesterday only has 1!
  13. Kodiaq Edition 2.0 150 4x4 Edition 7 Seater - Petrol Blue with Biege Leather Extras: Iso-fix on front seat, heated screen and washers, ACC, spare wheel, drive personalisation, running boards Picked it up yesterday and very happy with it. Have fitted a full set of rubber mats and discovered that the boot mats from both a Superb MK2 and MK3 both fit. The only annoyance is the gap between the luggage cover blind and the back of the second row seats. Considering getting the window blinds to stop little people putting sticky hands on my windows. Has anyone put wrap/protection film on the B pillar trims to stop them scratching so easily?
  14. Also going to have a full set or rubber mats, including the transmission tunnel cover, available from next week. Not sure on the price of these so will do some digging - there might be a boot liner as well depending if anything will fit the Kodiaq! Thanks Nigel
  15. HI just a quick line to say that I have a Travall Dog Guard for sale in the For Sale section from a Superb III Estate. Its as new and has never had a dog slobbering on it! Looking for about half the new price at £65. Thanks Nigel
  16. When I ordered mine, end of June, I was given build week in November with anticipated delivery in December. This eventually came forward a lot - but I remained pessimistic... I am picking the car up tomorrow!!! It's a 2.0 TDI 150 Edition 4x4 so looks like they are getting these through the WLTP process.
  17. Hi, Due to an immanent change to Skoda Kodiaq I have a Travall dog guard that will be surplus to requirements. https://www.travall.co.uk/skoda/superb-estate-2015--/travall-dog-guard-tdg1495 The dog guard was fitted when I bought the car in June 2017 and has never been removed. Looking for around £65 for it. Can try and arrange postage if need be but would prefer collection! I live in Surrey but cover most of the South of the country for work and have offices in Kenilworth and Bristol as well. Nigel
  18. Thanks all, Have ordered - just need to wait for the car now....
  19. Hi, Can i ask what the KESSY keys look like. I have an Edition on order and want to get silicon key overs. Will the ones from my Superb Mk III fit? Regards Nigel
  20. We use these in our cars https://goo.gl/images/ZtqAep From Aukey. Nigel
  21. I have the garage for my motorbikes, and man stuff, I also have a study. The shed is for the wife!
  22. Any chance of posting a scan of the instructions. Debating whether to self fit or pay for the dealer to do it!
  23. More than able to do the physical labour its the length of cable run that would be the problem. The house is on a funny shaped plot and the easy option would be to come out from the front of the garage and across the driveway to where the shed will be but we have just had the drive way relaid! Also can't go round the outside wall of the house as the front door and paving is in the way. Access from the back of the garage means coming all the way around the back of the house, down the side, and then across the garden which is probably a run of about 40m! The other option we were thinking - is to come across the roofspace in the house and then clip the cable to a tensioned wire running from the house to the shed (about 2.5m). If we did this could I run ordinary cable from the consumer unit and then just switch to armoured for the bits that are 'outside'?
  24. Hi, We are considering putting a home office in to the garden but due to where this will fit relative to the house running a mains supply in will not be that cheap or easy. Does anyone have any experience of running a similar space (5m x 3m) from solar to charge batteries and then an inverter to provide 240V power? All I am looking to run is some lights, a couple of double of sockets for laptop/radio etc... and the big issue...some form of heating. I would like a wood burner but this won't be practical so thinking about some form of electric panel heating. I know that the time of year you need the heating is the time when solar is at a premium. I think that this is a similar type of set-up that people might be using on motorhomes etc... so hoping that there might be some advice floating around. Many thanks Nigel
