Thanks for the reply. I had the SOS issues on my Kodiaq and an updated module sorted it. Might just stick a new battery on that and see if it solves the problem.

Hi, I previously owned a couple of Superbs and the a pair of Kodiaq’s but moved away from the brand when I needed something bigger and now have a VW Transporter. During this time my parents have gone from a Fabia to a Karoq and 4 years ago they bought a Kamiq. The car is approaching 4 years old and is throwing random warning lights and error codes. We had Skoda assistance out (extended warranty and service plan) and they could find nothing obvious, they cleared all the fault codes and on a test drive nothing happened. I bought a Carsifi for my use but also to be able to see the codes on Mum’s car. Since they have been out we get random fault codes appearing, none of which seem to relate to a single module or unit in the car. Sometimes the car goes a couple of journeys, mostly short runs, with nothing happening and other times errors appear all the time. Has anyone had anything similar? I have booked it in for service and MoT in November but for the dealer to run a diagnostics check the earliest they could see it was December! So if there is something obvious that we could do to resolve in the meantime that would be great. I was wondering whether a slightly tired battery might cause these problems? Many thanks Nigel

I can see one umbrella missing when it goes back - I'll deny all knowledge. The door protectors are now not available even as part of the "Family Pack" - I have 5 children and have never had an issue with them...

Is it considered good form to nick what's missing from your old car when p/exing? What else is no longer there that would have come with my 68 plate Edition?

Has anyone with a set of running boards fitted taken them off and moved them to another Kodiaq when trading in? I am just speccing up a new model and don’t really want to pay for another new set. I have 5 children so they are handy to help them climb in and out.
