I have just had mine changed at the dealer. The ones that came out were marked NGK VW AG. Same ones went in . Hope that helps.

I have a 2019 Octavia 1.5 DSG. Like you, I was not sure what service was required, or the price. My car says the same as yours, oil service at 18700 and an inspection at 20000. I spoke to three dealers, and the quotes ranged from £221 to £330 so I am not sure they know either. I have booked it in for the £221 service and they say : "An Oil Change Service as a standalone repair is £182.54 including VAT. An Inspection Service as a standalone repair is £65.40 including VAT". To do the 2 service items at the same time we charge a figure of £221.78 including VAT I am having both done at 18700 miles as it saves a little money. I find the way Skoda schedule servicing very confusing. I am on the variable servicing as I do 25000 miles a year, and the garage could not clearly explain what will be needed at the next service.
