turns out you need a gateway connected on bench to instigate recovery mode on technisat units. managed to get old one to work 😁 i have delphi unit that will not boot up shows up white screen, when connecting uart to putty shows up this error over and over Synchronization lost on the primary LCD output try to enable MFLAG for all pipelines of the primary LCD in graphics.conf seems to be file related https://www.qnx.com/developers/docs/7.1/#com.qnx.doc.screen/topic/manual/cscreen_config_intro.html#screen_winmgr_display how can i recover firmware onto delphi unit, does not seem to be as easy as technisat ?

can anyone help i have mib2 unit that is dead i tried the uart fix i get menu on putty but will not go any further. nothing on mib screen either. unit has 0468 how do i recover this back to factory ? i managed to see techniboot screen but stops and does nothing ? can someone post the exact procedure with shorting pins and what kind of sd card is required do i need to use map sd card ? i downloaded 0480 to try to restore unit. -Welcome to TechniBoot- SVN Rev: 626459 Loading Emergency updater...
