  1. Hi all, My tensioner collapsed, shredding the belt, so I bought new ones. Easy enough to remove, and to a point, easy enough to replace. HOWEVER, I can’t pull the locking pin out of the tensioner (photo below) once the tensioner is fitted. All of the videos seem to be for bigger cars with loads of clearance to get long bars with sockets on, and easy access to the pin with pliers, but the space is a lot more limited in my fabia. I’ve got a spanner on the pulley, and can move that a bit, but can’t get a good grip on the locking pin to pull it out. any tricks or hints? Also, any hints on torque settings for the bolt that holds the tensioner onto the car? many thanks in advance 😊
