So I want to remove my front seats to dry out the carpets due to fairly epic pano roof leakage (solution to which is in the testing...will update one of teh numerous threads on that one once tested). They are electric sport seats with airbags, and i dont want to set off the airbag light. Do i need to unplug the battery before disconnecting the leads under the seats? If so, do i need to leave the battery unplugged until i have reconnected the seats? Or if i disconnect the leads and then don't put a key in the ignition until they're plugged back in will i be ok?
