Struggled on two separate occasions to try and arrange an appointment to test drive and then subsequently order a car.
First time, I was fobbed off on numerous occasions that the person who could help would call me back. Finally after the 4th attempt, I gave up and went else where.
A few years later, renewal time and I wanted to try and do the same again (hoping that it was a one off) only to find the same happened again.
First time however, they had the cheek to send me a survey asking how things went. Some head honcho at the branch decided to call me up and question my response, as they felt it was an unfair assessment of the service I had received.
