Hi, has anyone had trouble updating the sat nav SD card on a 21reg, as my laptop is on the blink I got the dealer to update it whilst it was in for a service, but when I put the SD card back in the unit it couldn’t read the card, the dealer has ordered a new card but, 2 weeks down the line & there’s no sign of the card arriving?

Now that our Citigo has been replaced by a Fabia I have surplus to requirements a Brodit clip phone/sat nav mount, it’s free but collection from Colne in east lancs would be best but I could post it.

I'll try a cleaning disc if no better then I'll take it in to dealer.

Anyone having trouble with their CD player every now and then mine goes through fazes where it says "reading" on the displayif you select CD then it beeps and spits the CD out I've tried several CDs but all do the same? Then it goes back to playing normal?

I've fitted the Osram Night Breaker Unlimiteds & the light output is significantly better

Although our headlights are quite good I've ordered some Night Breakers to see what improvement they give?

That's the one & IMHO a waste of space it does lift the car but its a weak little thing I'd hate to be changing a wheel at the side of the M1 using it!!!

Just in case you don't stray outside the Citigo section If anyone wants a set of Apus alloys & tyres I have a set for sale in the forum classifieds.

Having bought a set of Auriga wheels & tyres from Alex on this forum I now have for sale a set of Apus wheels & tyres that I will be removing from the new Citigo I took delivery of a few days ago they have done 100 miles up to now & will soon be removed £275 ovno for all four. They are obviously in mint condition, Collection preferred from East Lancs but could deliver up to 50 mile radius maybe?

Having bought the Auriga wheels from Alex on this forum I'm wondering should I get them powder coated or leave them silver? I'm thinking maybe Anthracite or Gunmetal anyone got any suggestions or had wheels done that go with Sliver Leaf??

I (briefly) pondered getting an MG3 & that had it fitted MG call it "brake wiping"

As per my previous posts I've been deliberating buying a Citigo I fancied a Monte Carlo but was quoted 5/6mnths del time with the spec I fancied, so as I'm an impatient so+so I decided on a 75ps Elegance I want the Convenience pack, & any of the following Entertainment pack, Sunset glass, Style pack 2, but I realise that will be a bit pot luck on an already built car so I know await a call as to what can be got "off the shelf" so to speak in either Silver Leaf or Candy White.

That's just made the decision harder if I wait till the end of the year I will be tempted by the new Fabia tho!!

After finding out that a Citigo Monte Carlo to the spec I wanted i.e. with convenience pack would be 5/6 months before delivery I decided to go for a 75ps Elegance & was offered a red one with no extras, a red one with summer pack, or silver leaf with convenience pack, or a Night Blue with convenience pack but I still fancy & Monte but the wait is to long?

Last Thurs after a 24hr test drive I was surprised to say the least they're either v popular or being built very slow!!!

I was quoted 5/6 MONTHS delivery on a Citigo Monte Carlo!!!

After a test drive in a Sport I decided to order a Monte Carlo but was quoted 5/6 months delivery what have you been quoted??

Mirrors weren't a deal breaker but when build date was requested for the Monte I specced it was 5/6 months & that was a deal breaker!!! So I've given alternative colour choices & spec but decided to go for a Elegance with as many extras as is possible if it can be quicker delivery? Edit:- I still can't start a new topic in the Citigo forum for some reason??

I test drove a Citigo today & was amazed how roomy it was only things I was not keen on was seatbelt was chocking me & the manual adjustment of the door mirrors? So do I buy a Monte Carlo is the question now!! I was going to post this in the Citigo forum but it wouldn't let me post a new topic for some reason??
