I had Skoda assist come out and they got this code. Would that mean the glow plug needs replacing?

My method recalibrates the windows. That's what froggy8 is suggesting but he is telling you to do it manually rather than using the key fob. He wants you to take the cap off the drivers side handle to expose the key hole. Then use your key as he suggests. If you hold the key on unlock for long enough, all the windows will go down. If you hold the key on lock for long enough, all the windows should go up.

Try holding the unlock button down on the key fob until all windows are fully open. Then hold lock button on key fob until all windows are closed. Repeat this a few times and then see how you go. This fixed my passenger front window whose auto function had stopped working.

I routinely use the button in front of the gear selector to deactivate the start stop when I hop in the car. If I am going to be stopped for a while I just press the button again and the engine cuts out. I then push the button a second before I want to take off again. Works for me.

I haven't set up Moto app. I tried unpairing and repairing. I didn't try power cycling. Clearly it was an issue with Android 6.0 as the updated version is working flawlessly. I'm happy the issue seems to be resolved.

I just updated to Android 6.0.1 and SMS bluetooth worked first go. Hopefully it continues to work and it is a proper fix.

I had a Galaxy S2 (Android 4.0.4) and there were no issues. Now I have a Motorola G (Android 6.0) and it works fine with the car in every respect except text messages. It has occasionally worked but for the most part when I receive an SMS when in the car, it doesn't display on my text message icon on Columbus. If I hit the text message button on Columbus, it won't show inbox, sent items etc. The thing is, on the odd occasion it works. Anyone got any ideas? I tried the old phone and it still works every time. p.s on my phone in the bluetooth menu under paired devices, the Skoda has 3 boxes ticked for phone audio, contact sharing and message access. The thing is, when I hit the settings cog next to Skoda in the paired devices menu, all 3 ticked boxes appear for a split second before the message access box disappears.

Not necessarily. Myself and others in Australia had "Telephone not available" and it just required a software update. As for texts, you can only access them through the main screen, not maxidot.

I don't think a reset is any good because it didn't work when it came out of the factory. I think you need a particular software update. Instead of trying to do it yourself, perhaps a dealer can do it for you. It's a warranty thing surely so you shouldn't be charged.

Columbus reads out texts. "The text can be read out by the device's generated voice" (Bottom right of page 52 of the Columbus manual).

My car is only 5 months old and the coolant warning light came on. Level was low but dealer pressure tested and there was no leak so they just topped it up.
