  1. Mine was absolutely faultless but just dull. I'd recommend one to someone who wanted a reliable cheap to run motor. Having driven a lot of cars through work there are now much better cars for the money that you dont have to explain the poor badge image to everyone. It's a skoda but.....
  2. If you have to keep justifying to yourself and others like most of this thread has. It tells you all you need to know about skodas. I had one it was OK Would I buy another? I doubt that it. They are nothing special now they are no longer cheap.
  3. Surely there are more important things to worry about. Get a life he's done it to protect his property while on holiday.
  4. It's the most nicked car in Britain. This is what's pushing the insurance up. Not the odd bell end that parks it up a tree.
  5. Both will be on last legs so it's a lottery which breaks first.
  6. Perhaps you should both just grow up. Most people that spend time on this sort of thing is because they have nothing better to do with their sad little live's. Get a hobby or something else to focus on. im sure the police have far far better things to do than referee your childish squables.
  7. Until you get fault code read its a pointless post. It could be one of thousands of faults.
  8. Another deal created by out of touch morons. The reason people drive around in old cars is mostly due to not being able to afford a new one.
  9. I did the swap on my old 2012 vrs. Everything worked and lit up fine. Are you sure it's a coding problem
  10. All crap. A45 amg is a proper performance hatch Or golf r if on a budget
  11. Take it back to get those issues rectified is the best advice
  12. A bit harsh considering most on here own such exotic cars like skodas
