Hello Briskodian's
Wonder has anyone came across unusual engine vibration ? Seems like both hot or cold engine - makes no difference ...
160 k km so not too high .
Cannot determine pattern or rootcause seems it just appeared out of nowhere , although to be honest alternator is making some sort of bearing wear noise ( perhaps clutch on pulley is also gone - tensioner doesn't indicate so tho, no vibration or excessive movements) .
Decided to hook up VCDS and investigate further :

164 Injection amount deviation cylinder 2-FAC_CYL_BAL2 -0.4429 mg/stroke
165 Injection amount deviation cylinder 3-FAC_CYL_BAL3 -0.4081 mg/stroke
166 Injection amount deviation cylinder 4-FAC_CYL_BAL4 1.0769 mg/stroke

169 Injection valve 2; voltage-V_INJ_MAIN[1] 121.05 V
170 Injection valve 3; voltage-V_INJ_MAIN[2] 121.54 V
171 Injection valve 4; voltage-V_INJ_MAIN[3] 116.60 V

175 Injector valve 4; capacity-CAPA_INJ_MAIN[3] 6.3930 µF
Injector 4 ? From owning 1.9 PD engine I recall that -/+ 2.8 are normal amount - still quite high . Is it trying to compensate for something ? It's known that just because there is deviation in injection amount it is not a solid indicator for injector failure - so what could it be ? DMF ?
Does anyone recommend purging - Liquid Molly ( seems like solution to go with ) ?
Hope someone has some sort of ideas
