I don’t think there is a way to fold the seats up. I have a 4x4 too and I can’t do it either

Hello I would like to get some help for my Octavia. The other day I was looking underneath the car and noticed how the springs bends towards the wheels and that’s when the car is on the ground. I understand there should be a slight bend but I think it’s too much. As I go downhill at the bottom where the road starts to go uphill the back of the car sits down, there I can hear the rear spring makes a snapping noise or twists inside its place. I know none of it sounds good and I checked them already if it’s broken but both springs are good. Bought the car 2nd hand from main dealer, has a history of the towbar being retrofitted by them. Sorry for the long story I hope someone can shed some light what it could be
