Hi All, Using my new MaxiScan MS609 OBD11 after getting the following problem, ( I've had a series of Glow plug light flashing problems ) ( Turn off the Ignition and back on Glow plug light goes out for some time ) I have found that I have a malfunction on my exhaust gas temp. Sensor. Fault code is P242a. Bank 1 Sensor 3. Sensor. Fault code is P242b. Bank 1 Sensor 3. All internet discussion point's to the old 03L906088DE Exhaust Gas Temp Sender ( Before Diesel Particulate Filter ) Two updates for this part New 03L906088GR and 03L906088FG latest model I am looking to update but have now seen more wiring problems in the same area I will try and attach pics for viewing Problem Area. Will keep you updated on how I get on after parts arrive and hopefully I solve the Problem's Newbie .
