Just got a set of Thule black aero bars and 775 feet for £80 off Marketplace. Seem to be a good fit. Various people recommend 775, 757 or 7104 - it's a bit confusing.

Had an odd problem with some of the iPhones in the family not working on the CarPlay in our 2016 SE-L. Short answer it's the USB Security setting in restrictions. This shouldn't impact CarPlay but found the suggestion on a VW site - so seems the crappy firmware is common across VAG? Whatever the setting my phone was fine in other manufacturers cars for CarPlay. In case anyone else has this issue.

Hi. Can anyone recommend a rear window shade for a 2016 hatch? When the dog is in the boot he has glass directly above him, and even with the tint on the SE-L it's warmer for him than I'd like on a sunny day. Wondering about a mesh shade? Thanks, Lee.

I drove the 190 and 150 back to back before buying and couldn't justify the extra £ and getting involved with Ad-Blu as the 40hp extra seemed higher up the range and not useful to me. Might add here I have the DSG (awesome 6 speed) and if you want a manual or tow then the equation may change.

I've been having issues with the Skoda Connect liking my wife's iPhone and not mine for a while now. Is there any way I can install this update myself or is it a dealer job? Wonder if a s/w update will help? When I connect my iPhone 7 it it just circles Detecting USB and then doesn't like my device. With the wife's phone it comes up into CarPlay. Mine used to work fine. Thoughts appreciated. Thanks.

Put Uniroyals on front of mine, much grippier than the factory P7s and quiet too. Good rim protection. Let's see how well they wear.

Rezaw one was great quality for the money, fitted perfectly. Gave the dog a lot of grip to save him sliding around and also saved my boot carpets from a world of beach sand and mud. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Hi, What's the highest mileage anyone has on a Superb 3 now? And do you have petrol/diesel and manual/dsg etc? Any problems in that time? Bought mine in 2016 with a view of it as a 3 year car but now think I'll keep it much longer so curious about such things. Can't find anything I like more that fits my needs. Cheers, Lee.
