  1. I found mine underneath the wheel brace (at the 11 o’ clock position, when looking at tyre).
  2. WARNING. Made a contactless payment at a toll booth and placed debit card on top of sliding door just in front of gear lever. On reaching destination, no sign of debit card. Inspection showed that gap at top of sliding door is big enough for a debit card to slide forward and consequently disappear into the centre console somewhere! ☹️
  3. @Panther_uk, thanks for info. Did some investigating this afternoon and think problem may be solved. I noticed that a couple of albums were OK whilst the rest were not. The OK albums had the track number at the start of the track title whereas those that didn’t play in the correct order did not have the track number. Thinking back I realised that the albums that didn’t play properly were ‘ripped’ using EAC (a few years ago) whereas the ones that did play OK were ‘ripped’ using dBpoweramp (recently). It appears that the Amundsen unit is unable to read all the metadata in the EAC ‘ripped’ albums. So, whereas every other device I’ve ever used is happy with EAC metadata it appears this particular Amundsen unit is not! Never had this problem in my 2015 Superb II. So much for advancing technology.
  4. Have had the new car for a few weeks and only just got round to putting some albums on a SD card. Music is playing fine and album art is displaying OK but have noticed that the Amundsen unit is playing the tracks on an album in alphabetical order rather than track no. order. Can’t see any options in the menu(s) to change this. Every other device in the house from an iPod to a network player has no problem playing in the correct track no. order so it’s not a problem with the music files. Anybody else noticed this/got a fix? Call me old fashioned but I do like to listen to an album in the order the artist decided to arrange it!
  5. @Arkaig - not strictly true. Whilst 225/50 R18 would fit, they are not an approved option for the 1.5TSi (DADA engine). They are an approved option for the 2.0 TDi (DFFA engine). Unless I’ve read the charts incorrectly!
  6. I think you'll find CFFB is 140 bhp - it is on mine. I believe CBBB & CFGB are 170 bhp.
  7. No question is a daft question if you don't know the answer! On my 2015 Facelift: A=27mm B=28mm C=28mm D=28mm E=28mm F=28mm I'm not 4x4 so can't offer a value for 'G' & 'H'
  8. Got my letter this afternoon. Despite claims that there will be no change to specifications, I think I'll 'hold of' for a few months to see what happens! Quote, " . . . . . I can confirm that there will be no change to your vehicle's engine performance, maximum torque or noise levels. The performance data already published for your vehicle, including fuel consumption and CO2 emissions will also remain unchanged."
  9. Noticed availability at Tyre Leader: https://www.tyreleader.co.uk/car-tyres/michelin/crossclimate/225-40-r18-92y-500910
  10. Just noticed that Cross-Climates are now available in 225/40 R18 92Y. Has anybody tried them in this size and how are they performing?
