The problem was solved. I buy relay 12v 30A and conect all like mikeholroyd. Now with started engine is clear picture without flickering.

Hello, my friend have the same problem. Both of cables + and - are connected to reverse light. When start the engine get lines and flickering all over the screen. Ok i understud mikeholroyd, but if i take + from the boot light and - from reverse light, can i automatic switch the camera when put reverse gear ? The radio is Erisin ES3026S , and the car is Scout 2007 diesel.
