  1. The turbo on my recently purchased 2022 150ps diesel with AdBlue and manual gearbox doesn't seem to kick in until 2000rpm. Surely if maximum torque is at 1600rpm it should be on boost long before then?
  2. Both my rear wheel bearings need replacing and I'm looking for some advice on any special tools I will require for this job, e.g. for removing the brake calliper bracket bolts, wheel bearing assembly bolts, etc. Also if anyone has tackled this job I'd be grateful for any pointers or advice. 2013 Superb but probably similar job on Octavia, Yeti, etc TIA
  3. Noisy, and have play in them. Should I wait until the wheels fall off? 🙂

  5. I'll have a look at the cabin filter tomorrow and dry it out if it's damp. No I don't open the windows. Where is any moisture the system takes from the car go? Could the drain be blocked?
  6. Thanks for all the replies. It's around 2 degrees C probably. Previously I just hit the screen demist button and the system would do its thing and clear the screen pretty quickly. Now it doesn't properly clear the screen or side windows even after a 12 mile run when the engine is up to temperature.
  7. 2013 Superb not demisting. I had the refrigerant topped up recently. Any suggestions as to what to check or how to find error codes?
  8. Vibration 2000 to 2500rpm especially under load up hills.
  9. Has anyone on here replaced a rear propshaft coupling damper on a 4x4 Octavia, Superb or Yeti? I'm thinking of doing it myself but wondered if I'd have to drop out the whole propshaft assembly in which case I'll maybe leave it to the dealer.
